The Fight

Reflecting on what kind of athlete you are, how you've approached training, racing and life can be difficult.

Goal setting and evaluating are an important part of growth.

What is the number one piece of advice you'd give your younger self, how about your current self and your old age self?

What adversity do you face?

What are you fighting for yourself on a daily basis? ( better lifestyle, physical or mental health, top performances)

As an exercise, imagine how you'd make the adversity you face worse. Ask yourself what could make what I'm fighting for even harder to reach then it currently is?

Then list how you are going to problem solve. What actions are you going to take to win your personal fight?

Continue to ask yourself these things as you go through this process:

Who are you spending your time with ? Do they reflect the path you want for yourself.

What is the diversity measure of your network?
Surround yourself with people different than you, but headed towards the same goal.

Have the courage to do something different than what you have done in the past to learn something new.

History is documented to make sure the same mistakes are not made. Review your logs and diaries.

Recreate your personal movie.

Have something you are passionate about and fight to keep that in your life!
