Staying Connected To Your Goals

Make these columns:

1) Short Term Goals

2) Long Term Goals

3) Dream Goals

4) Outcome specific goals

5) Why Goals

Define your “skeleton” that sets the structure to your life/ day/ week

List  the specific actions you take to stay connected to the goals, outcome and life you are hoping for.

Avoid thinking yourself out of an action.

If you get stumped try taking your current problem and imagine it to be much WORSE, then remove the structure and goals you have placed. Imagine what your life might look like in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year without your tools in place. Compare it to what it looks like if you DO take action to stay on course with your columns. That will help set clarity on your overall big picture goals, which then drives your actions in a positive way.
