Pick the people that bring out the best in you. Environment created by a specific activity choice. Choose this wisely, who you surround yourself with can either build you up or drag you down. You become who you surround yourself with.

Set the routine that excites you to show up for, is sustainable and repeatable.

Pick a group or person you respect enough that when you have doubts you feel pressure to stay committed. Pressure isn’t a bad thing when we want to bail on ourselves, the people you really respect you won't want to let down. This will force you to make good choices.

Set a deadline you have to show up for.

The goals themself will take shape within this process. If you do these steps the goal and outcome will take shape.
